Accessibility
1001291506 Ontario Inc. (FastAutoParts.ca) wants every customer to be able to find and buy parts, including people with disabilities. We follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) customer service standard.
How we build the site
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA: keyboard access, labelled form fields, text alternatives for images, readable colour contrast, and support for your browser's reduced-motion and dark-mode settings.
Help and alternate formats
If any part of the site is hard to use, call or text 647-702-8019. We can look up parts, take your order by phone or text, and send any of our policies in another format (for example large print or plain text) at no cost.
Visiting the shop
Support persons and service animals are welcome at 76 Sherry Road, Unit H, Scarborough. If the shop or the site will be unavailable, we post a notice on the site.
